As the International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for genocide master brain Bashir the question remains why Supreme Leader Khamenei and president Ahmadi are not being put on trial. Sure, they can’t be accused of genocide but surely they can be trialed for crimes against humanity. So what is the ICC waiting for?
